“I have absolutely loved my experience with Harmony Yoga. Before I started Christi’s class this last winter I had never done anything remotely close to yoga. Christi makes you feel completely comfortable and at home no matter your experience level. I have learned quickly how yoga can help health wise also. I have increased flexibility significantly and I have lost about 15 lbs. since I started (about 3 months ago). Thanks to Christi I plan to make yoga a part of my life permanently!”

Inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations so that we can meet your individual needs as effectively as possible.
Avoid applying scented body products and/or smoking prior to class; many people are sensitive to scents and smoke, and we will be breathing deeply.

*Reminder*
While a certified Yoga Instructor can guide and help you in doing the poses, it is only you who really knows what is good for your body and personal well-being. Yoga should be a relaxing experience, not a cause of pain. Listen to your body as you practice Yoga so you can reap the numerous benefits that it can offer you.
